Shipping / Delivery of your Purchases ...

We principally use the mail system to despatch your purchases. Sometimes, we use specialist couriers (for certain higher value items). Generally, you should expect to receive your goods within three to four days of ordering and paying. Sometimes, when an item is out of stock or is located elsewhere (out of the UK, for example) there may be a short further delay, but in this event we always try to expedite re-stocking and delivery and keep you informed.

Some of our rarities are specially imported for a particular purchase, and extra time should be allowed for delivery of such items.

Returns ...

If you do want to return something to us, it is very important that you contact us via the Contact Us link, giving us the original order details. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for our policies on returns etc. You should not send anything back to us without first obtaining and including an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) code. We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number.

Some unique items imported specially for a particular order can not be returned. We always advise you in advance, if this applies to a particular item.
